Delhi on Wednesday logged 299 new COVID-19 infections with a daily positivity rate of 2.49 per cent. Mumbai and Delhi both have seen a sharp rise in cases recently. In the last 24 hours, Mumbai reported 73 new cases which is the highest caseload in a month. While the national capital recorded nearly 300 cases in just a day which is a 50 percent jump from the previous day with a positivity rate of 2.49 percent. However, the civic authorities both in Mumbai as well as Delhi have said there is no reason to panic.
