Health minister Satyendar Jain said the survey would be based on a representative sample to get a comprehensive picture of the latest situation. The recent serological survey conducted by the National Centre for Disease Control and Delhi government, based on over 21,387 samples collected between June 27 and July 5, indicated that around one-fourth (22.9%) of Delhi has been exposed to the virus so far and recovered.
