A total of 126 fresh cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Delhi during the last 24 hours taking the total number of affected people in the city to over six lakh 36 thousand.
The 84-year-old Tara Gandhi Bhattacharjee, who is also the chairperson of National Gandhi Museum, exhorted farmers to remain peaceful in their protest and urged the government to take care of the farming community. Bhattacharjee said she has come to the protest site to pray for the farmers.
