The MC is visiting different processing plants to finalise the technology for its own processing plant in Sector 25.
At present city's plant is being run by the MC itself with old machines and processing is way too less.
As per the IIT-Roorkee report the existing plant can at best handle 60 to 65 TPD (tonne per day) waste.
