Delhi recorded 1,075 COVID-19 cases on Sunday, pushing the city's caseload to over 1.30 lakh, while 21 fatalities in the last 24 hours took the death toll to 3,827.Recovery rate in the national capital has climbed to 87.95%, while the positivity rate increased to 6.13% from 5.56%
